Bay Ltd.'s Industrial Service Group has successfully completed new, grassroots  construction projects, process unit revamps and upgrades, and plant turnarounds for refineries, power generation, chemical, and petrochemical facilities.  Bay's maintenance forces have established long-term service relationships with numerous business partners throughout the U.S. Gulf Coast, including 4 facilities where Bay has achieved OSHA VPP STAR Site recognition.

Bay's on-site construction, maintenance, and turnaround teams include managers with extensive experience in safety management, detailed CPM schedules, cost monitoring and analysis, productivity measurement, material expediting/handling, and problem solving.  Supporting these managers are supervisors and a staff capable of completing each project on schedule and within budget allowances.  Rounding out the field capability of the Industrial Services Group are the 3,000-plus experienced craft professionals with proven skills in all construction disciplines.

Bay's Industrial Services Group has built and upgraded hundreds of refinery, petrochemical and power generation facilities throughout the U.S. and at numerous international locations for over 55 years.  By self performing the majority of construction disciplines on a project, including civil, structural, mechanical, I&E, scaffolding and heavy hauling and erection services, Bay’s project delivery system provides a single point of contact for business partners.  These on-site capabilities are further supported by extensive fabrication capabilities – services that are delivered through the aforementioned single point of contact.
