Bay’s Offshore Services group was founded for the purpose of serving offshore oil and gas companies operating in the Gulf of Mexico. Our Amelia, Louisiana shop and yard fabrication facilities provide skilled manpower and an extensive heavy equipment and tool inventory. Bay Ltd. has become a major service provider for the offshore construction industry and provides on-going construction support and maintenance services to numerous offshore Gulf of Mexico production platforms.

Our Amelia Fabrication Facilities are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 which has allowed Bay Ltd. to become a leader in onshore fabrication for many high profile projects for the offshore energy industry. Some of our projects have included: major interconnecting piping hook-ups, tension leg platform topsides fabrication and hook-ups, FPSO conversions and international modular fabrication projects.

Bay Ltd. has a 30-year history of successful process and pipe rack module fabrication for both upstream and downstream industries. As with all of our services, Bay performs all principal construction disciplines involved in modular fabrication with extensive experience with both welded and bolted structures. Our locations throughout the Gulf Coast possess both covered fabrication and assembly shops and extensive dockside assembly areas, allowing us to maximize labor resource utilization and assemble modules from a truckable size to heavy lift modules in excess of 4,000 tons.
