Employees of Bay Ltd. ‘March for Babies’
On Saturday, May 9th, over 30 Bay Ltd. employees in Corpus Christi walked 4 miles in support of the March of Dimes. The Bay Ltd. Team raised over $8,500 to support the March of Dimes!
#WhyWeWalk– Bay’s Ambassador, Morgun Manheimer
Each team participating is asked to choose an ambassador to walk for – someone that has been affected by the efforts of the March of Dimes. #WhyWeWalk The Bay team proudly walked in recognition of Ambassador, Morgun Manheimer, son of 2 long term Bay Ltd. employees, Jamie and Doug Manheimer. Morgun was born only 1 pound 8 oz., and is now 4 years old weighing 28 pounds. He is truly a miracle baby as the doctors explained to his parents, much of the technology that was used to save his life did not exist 5 years earlier.
March of Dimes is an organization that funds research that is used by hospitals to increase the survival rate of premature babies. They focus on providing hospitals with the tools they need to save premature babies and creating prevention programs to support healthy babies and mothers.
