Turnkey construction of a 90,000 bpd Crude Stabilizer in the Eagle Ford, requiring 750,000 man-hours. Scope included Site Clearing through Mechanical completion. Bay self-performed all Civil, Mechanical, I&E, Tank Erection, and Equipment setting as well as offsite Pipe, Module, and NGL Vessel fabrication over the course of 34 months.
