Sweat and Showmanship yield Success: Bay Ltd. Supports Junior Livestock Show

  |   Community, News

Dedication, responsibility, and integrity are just of a few values instilled in the children and teenagers who compete in the Junior Livestock Show. Among other entry categories such as homemaking, photography, and mechanics, the Junior Livestock Show requires that the entrants raise, exhibit, and auction farm animals to earn scholarship money. Bay Ltd. founders Marvin and Laura Berry supported the livestock show for decades, and the Berry Family takes pride in continuing their legacy. “Raising an animal is building an entire business marketing model from the ground up;  our kids have to know everything about their product, nurture, market and sell it, and ultimately act humbly and graciously to their customer, regardless of the outcome of the competition,” says Bonnie Berry, “Bay Ltd. does not exist without our employees, therefore whenever the opportunity arises, especially an incredible learning opportunity like the Junior Livestock Show, it is an honor to support our employees by supporting their families.” Bay Ltd. would like to congratulate all of the children, grandchildren and loved ones of our employees who competed in their respective counties’ 2018 Junior Livestock Shows. We proudly commend your hard work, determination, and accomplishments!
