The Information Technology (IT) Technician maintains and supports our information technology infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are operating efficiently to support the various functions within the company.




  • Provides technical support for all computer hardware, software, and peripherals used by employees, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s local area network (LAN) and ensure its reliability and security.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and ensure connectivity for all users.
  • Maintain and monitor server infrastructure, including file servers, email servers, and backup systems.
  • Perform routine server maintenance and updates.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications used by the company.
  • Ensure software licenses are up to date and compliant.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
  • Monitor for potential security threats and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure the availability of data recovery procedures in case of system failures or data loss incidents.
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with user account management, and addressing IT-related inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
  • Keep track of IT equipment, software licenses, and consumables inventory.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement and disposal as needed.
  • Collaborate with the departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance their productivity.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.




  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
  • Certifications in IT related fields (examples: Comp TIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, security measures, and best practices.
  • Technical proficiency in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Must possess a current, valid driver’s license.

  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and/or standing constantly.
  • Will work in an office setting (indoors) most of the time.
  • May be required to travel to various office locations/project sites.
  • Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one area to another.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery (e.g., calculator, copy machine, printer).
  • Constantly perform repeating motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Work that includes moving and/or lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
