Leviathan Offshore Living Quarters Project
Bay Ltd. along with many sub-contractors, has completed the “Leviathan” Offshore Living Quarters project! The project took 19 months to complete with over 600,000 safe man hours put in. Weighing over 2200 tons, the impressive platform is going to Israel, home of Leviathan, one of the largest natural gas discoveries in the world. Leviathan will make a huge contribution to Israel for decades; putting billions in to the state treasury for education, health, and welfare; make it possible to close down the coal-fired power plants, ensuring cleaner air for the coming generations, and serve as a critical tool through exporting gas to Egypt, Jordan, and Europe.
