Bay Ltd. Employees Earn Recognition at Annual AHA Heart Walk
On Saturday, October 1st, the American Heart Association hosted its annual Heart Walk at Whataburger Field. Over 100 Bay Ltd. employees came out to participate in the 5k walk. 
This year Bay Ltd. was recognized as the “Top Company,” having raised a combined donation of more than $17,000. Our team’s hard work and dedication to the cause helped us exceed our original goal of $10,000 by leaps and bounds!
The Heart Walk is the AHA’s premiere event for raising funds to save lives from the country’s No 1 and No. 5 killers: heart disease and stroke. Designed to promote physical activity and heart-healthy living, the Heart Walk creates an environment that’s fun and rewarding for the entire family.
In addition to our recognition as Top Company, Bay Ltd. employees also brought home the title for “Top Individual Team” (the Bay Heart Throbs), and “Top Individual Walker,” (Georgie Bickham).
Bobbie Walsh, and Linda Reyes were also hugely dedicated to the cause and made great strides for the charity. Congratulations to these committed volunteers!
