Our enclosed shop space is equipped for vessel fabrication, pipe fabrication, light and heavy structural fabrication, modular fabrication, assembly, outfitting, and indoor coating. From truckable modules to 10,000-ton offshore topsides, Bay Ltd. executes projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Our team includes some of the most skilled welders in the industry, recognized for exceptional craftsmanship and maintaining one of the lowest weld repair rates in the industry.

Process Module Fabrication and Assembly
Bay Ltd. is an industry leader in process and pipe-rack module fabrication, adept at serving both upstream, midstream and downstream industries. Our Gulf Coast Facilities deliver exceptional work for clients spanning domestic, Canadian, and international markets. Bay Ltd. embraces a broad spectrum of construction disciplines, specializing in both welded and bolted structures. The site’s extensive covered shops and dockside assembly areas allow for the efficient use of labor resources, handling modules from highway transportable sizes to massive 10,000-ton units.
Vessel Fabrication
Bay Ltd. fabricates a multitude of vessels, from compact process reactors to those spanning 35 ft. in diameter and stretching over 300 ft. in length. Our Vessel Fabrication Shops, with over 350,000 square feet of operational space, are adept at ASME coded vessel fabrication.
The shops boast comprehensive welding, rolling, and cutting equipment, capable of accommodating the most demanding fabrication projects.
Two expansive bays, equipped with overhead cranes and extensive hook heights, reinforce our capacity to handle a wide range of vessel sizes.

MARINE LOADOUT AND HEAVY HAUL OPERATIONS
Both of Bay Ltd.’s heavy lift docks located in the Corpus Christi region are equipped for intracoastal and ocean-going barges, including international heavy lift ships. With over 380 lines of self-propelled transporters (SPMTs) in support of Corpus Christi Fabrication Services, our facilities are built to manage significant loadouts. Our heritage, spanning more than 70 years, has seen the accumulation of an extensive equipment fleet, matched by a seasoned and skilled workforce adept at handling heavy haul operations.
Pipe Fabrication Expertise
Bay Ltd.’s Pipe Fabrication Shops manage major spooling projects with a wide range of welding equipment and pipe profiler capability. Our services range from stand-alone pipe fabrication projects for individual clients, to supporting in-house modular fabrication. Supporting Bay’s modular projects, this shop stands as a pillar for complex assembly work. Each of Bay’s pipe fabrication shops feature automated plate cutting, pipe profiling, welding capabilities, and onsite NDE testing.
Tank Fabrication
Bay Ltd.’s Tank Group excels in engineering, design, and the construction of API 650 tanks, LNG containment tanks, and a variety of process tanks for the refining and petrochemical sectors. From routine maintenance to pioneering new terminal construction, our experience is as broad as it is deep. Bay Ltd.’s Fabrication Division helps support our tank division by cutting, rolling, and pre-fabricating tank components. The Tank Group’s engineering capabilities and state-of-the-art shop fabrication ensure we meet the highest standards of tank construction and client satisfaction.
Montana Fabrication
Bay Ltd. Montana specializes in Modular Fabrication & installation, ASME pressure vessels, Pipe fabrication, API Storage Tanks, E&I and General Construction Services in the Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream Markets. We pride ourselves on providing the industry with the highest quality of workmanship and have done so while leading the market in safety and workface planning. Our Montana Facility is fully supported by the fabrication capability and project management resources and systems at our Corpus Christi, Texas based Bay Ltd. Complementing our Billings, Montana assembly capabilities are Bay’s extensive Gulf Coast fabrication centers – working together to deliver a lower cost overall project execution approach for our Canadian and North-Central U.S. clients.
