Bay Ltd. Marks Safety Milestone with Celebrations, Site Visits and Sets New All-Time Record
In August of 2014, the Bay Ltd. family reached a very important milestone in our commitment to ensuring the safety and well being of every employee. After reaching a new company record of 18.5 million safe man-hours this summer, Bay’s CEO and executive team traveled to job site to personally congratulate crews and personnel on their momentous achievement. Site visits included stops in Corpus Christi, Texas City, Houston, Friendswood, Pampa, Kenedy and Three Rivers, Texas; Amelia and New Orleans, Louisiana, Billings, Montana and Coffeyville, Kansas.

Known industry-wide for its safety program and “culture of caring”, Bay has worked diligently to foster an environment of accountability in which everyone is responsible for the safety of others. From an employee’s initial orientation upon employment until they are out in the field, great measures are taken to instill the company’s personal philosophy of safety and caring to each member of the Bay family and its effects reach far beyond the job site. Employees are also applying safe practices at home and in the community, thus promoting an entire safety movement for the benefit of all.
During each site visit, personnel were treated to a meal as our executive team gave speeches thanking everyone for working safe and carrying our culture of caring with them everywhere.
